Sun Valley Co-op is currently looking for an individual to join our team at the Morris Gas Bar in the Full-time position of Evening & Weekend Supervisor.

We are looking for a dedicated and customer- focused leader who is passionate about providing excellent service, supporting a team, and creating a positive experience for both customers and employees.

Reporting Line: Gas Bar Manager

Job duties:

• Ensuring our team is providing the best possible customer service
• To coordinate and communicate tasks to be completed by evening & weekend team members
• Maintaining a clean, organized sales floor in our C-Store
• Dispensing all of our petroleum products (including propane)
• Understanding & running a point-of-sale system

What are we looking for in a candidate:

• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Be a team leader with the ability to delegate
• Provide superior focus on customer service
• Previous supervisory experience will be considered an asset.
