Thrift Solutions, a division of One Vision Thrift, partners with community thrift stores to pick up excess donated goods, recycle and upcycle items, and support both our own stores and wholesale recycling efforts. Revenue generated through Thrift Solutions directly supports One Vision's mission of empowering people with disabilities.
We are seeking an Operations & Outreach Supervisor to lead daily route operations, support warehouse activities, and build strong partnerships with thrift organizations across Iowa. This role is part operational leader, part relationship-builder, and part ambassador for Thrift Solutions as we continue to grow our network and expand our impact.
Manage daily route planning and long-term logistics to ensure efficient pickup and transport of thrift products.
Drive designated routes-expected to be on the road at least 50% of the time
Oversee the pickup, loading, and delivery of goods to the warehouse.
Identify and recruit new thrift partners to expand our pickup network.
Represent One Vision and Thrift Solutions in a professional, mission-focused manner.
Support growth strategies to increase product volume and meet financial targets.
Collaborate with the Thrift Solutions Manager to optimize warehouse space, workflow, and product processing.
Complete administrative tasks including recordkeeping, sales data analysis, and route documentation.
Work alongside and provide guidance to warehouse team members-responsibilities expected to expand as operations grow.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be 18+ with a valid Iowa driver's license.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights, holidays, or weekends as needed.
Strong communication skills and confidence in sales, outreach, and partnership-building.
Ability to lead and support a productive, collaborative team.
Physically able to lift large items (including furniture), kneel, bend, climb, carry, and walk frequently.
Ability to sit and drive for long periods-up to 7 hours per route
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfort learning inventory and automated systems.
Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA forklift certification.
