This position works directly with examinees registered for computer-based exams.

Job Duties:

The Assessment Center Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Assessment Center by providing administrative and technical support, test administration, examinee check-in and registration, organizational reporting, and computer troubleshooting while maintaining a high level of customer service, confidentiality, and test security.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree (related field) and one-year related work experience or equivalent. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills, and be able to function independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
