What You Bring
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Three years of verified experience in Early Child Care
- Excitement to learn and grow with a supportive, expanding team
- A passion for delivering high-quality education to our youngest learners
- Comfort collaborating with Assistant Teachers and other classrooms throughout the school
- Skill with positive, proactive classroom management techniques
- Nurturing instincts that support children in leading their own learning through play
What You'll Do
- Bring Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to life in fun, engaging, developmentally appropriate ways
- Lead large and small group activities, staying hands-on and present with students
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers
- Celebrate student progress and milestones with parents
- Help maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom in line with state licensing requirements
- Partner with Lead and Assistant Teachers and other classrooms across the school
