About the role

Lead the Westfield Sydney stockroom team to deliver a fast, precise and safe stock operation that keeps the sales floor full, inventory accurate and customers served. You are accountable for the end-to-end stock lifecycle — from receiving and processing incoming deliveries, to driving online fulfilment, managing stocktake accuracy and developing your team. Your leadership directly enables the store's performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Coach, energise and support a team to work with care, pace and pride.
  • Keep our shelves full, fresh and ready to surprise and delight every customer who steps into the world of T2.
  • Own inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, transfers and stocktake preparation with confidence and attention to detail.
  • Drive a safe, organised and efficient stockroom standards so the team can move quickly, clearly and safely.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to turn stock insights into practical actions that support sales, service and team performance.
  • Support online fulfilment with accurate, timely picking and packing that brings the T2 experience to customers wherever they are.
  • Bring curiosity, accountability and a solutions-first mindset to every shift.

About you

  • Proven experience in a stockroom lead, supervisor or senior stockroom role in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A confident people leader who can inspire, develop and motivate a team to bring their best every shift.
  • Strong knowledge of stock systems, inventory management and fulfilment processes, with a love of getting the details right.
  • Excellent attention to detail across administration, invoicing and stock accuracy, so the team can move with clarity and confidence.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Curious, calm under pressure and ready to work at pace in a busy flagship environment.

The distribution centre is the operational hub of the business – ensuring our delicious tea, teawares and gifts are distributed to stores as well as fulfilling online orders that are delivered to our customers’ doors. Supported by a team of 30 team members and located in the western suburbs of Melbourne, it is an energetic environment.

We are looking for people from all backgrounds and experiences to join us across our stores, the support office and the distribution centre – you will be an important part of the T2 tea-m.
