As the Social Services Director you will play an important role in identifying the best services and resources to ensure enriched lives for our residents. As the Social Services Director you will develop a team of skilled professionals to carry out the mission of Benedictine and ensure well-being is #1 for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • The Social Services Director will provide leadership and guidance to the department.
  • The Social Services Director will provide support and advocacy for residents and/or families.
  • The Social Services Director will oversee admission and discharge planning for the community.

Qualifications

  • Licensed by the Board of Social Work in the state of practice, in good standing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services from an accredited college
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Experience in long term care, preferred
