Burger Urge Shift Supervisor|New Restaurant Launch

Location: Kallangur

Burger Urge has been serving up delicious, juicy burgers for over 18 years. We believe burgers should be done right - using premium local ingredients to deliver both classic favourites and on-trend creations.

We’re a fast-growing, dynamic restaurant group with a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for two hands-on Shift Supervisors to lead our team at the new Kallangur restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a positive, high-performing culture.

We’re not looking for a clipboard manager.

The Role

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role ensuring smooth, high-quality daily operations, including:

• Leading shifts and motivating team performance
• Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
• Overseeing food preparation, service standards, and product quality
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance
• Managing inventory, stock, and ordering
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and high-standard venue
• Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
• Supporting team training, culture, and operational success
• Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives

You’ll set the tone on shift, inspire your team, and make the Kallangur launch a success from day one.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
