Job Description

Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. If you seek a challenging position with the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped older people and people with disabilities live safely at home, this is the job for you! Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred.

Hours: Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Essential Duties:

  • Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
  • Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
  • Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
  • Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
  • Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
  • Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35%
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements & Competencies:

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in scheduling, administrative and health care required
  • EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred)
  • 1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Electronic Visit Verification Exp a Plus.
