
Under the supervision of the Chief of Human Resources Officer (CHRO), position is responsible for
clerical, technical and professional work in the Human Resources Department. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: compensation analysis, sourcing and recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, LMS management, union negotiations and employment law compliance. May supervise part-time and temporary employees as assigned. Position works independently, exercises judgment and discretion in completion of duties.
