EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR SECURITY GUARDS IN LITTLE CURRENT & MINDEMOYA

GardaWorld is seeking compassionate and skilled Security Guards to join our Hospital Security team in Little Current and Mindemoya, ON. As a first point of contact for patients, families, and staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. At the Mindemoya and Little Current Hospitals, security is the priority. Your high-level communication skills and ability to work cohesively within the hospital team to support staff and patrons are essential. This highly sought-after location offers an excellent opportunity to help build a successful security team that puts the safety of the hospital and its patients first and foremost.

Starting Pay Rate: $23.75/Hour

Schedule: Continental rotation - 20:00 - 08:00

FULL TIME continental rotation (Week #1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday / Week #2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Applicants MUST be able to work the full schedule to be selected.

What does a Security Guard in Little Current & Mindemoya do?

• Ensure the safety of people and property and keeping the peace
• Enforce safety procedures and standards
• Escort and assist anyone as needed
• Intervene during an emergency or crisis
• Patrol Hospital site and provide Access Control

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Little Current & Mindemoya

• A valid security guard license and first aid certificate
• Available to work flexible hours
• Have a clear criminal background
• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Currently Reside within commuting distance of the site
• Ability to pass Use of Force, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and other certifications as required
