Full-time Research Assistant I (2 posts) in the Faculty of Education (Ref.:536914)
Applications are invited for the captioned post. The successful candidate will be involved in a specific research project related to hearing health management.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. They should have a good command of written and spoken English, speak Cantonese proficiently and are capable in one or more of the following areas: (1) experience in software engineering in Python; (2) doing literature review; (3) proofreading articles in English; (4) processing statistics (especially SPSS); and (5) conducting data analysis (e.g., NVivo & SPSS).
The appointees will search for relevant materials for the project, conduct interviews, collect and analyze data, and conduct transcriptions, and perform other duties as assigned. Experience is an advantage but not required.
The appointment will commence on 1 November 2026 for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
