Join one of Australia's leading security organisations and play a vital role in protecting critical Defence infrastructure across Western Sydney.
MSS Security is seeking professional and reliable Defence Security Relievers to support operations across four Defence sites: Glenbrook, Holsworthy, Richmond and Orchard Hills This unique position offers the opportunity to work across multiple Defence environments, gain broad operational experience, and build a rewarding long-term career within the Defence sector.

About you:
Australian Citizenship - required for Defence security clearance eligibility
A current Security License valid in NSW
Baseline Defence Clearance or must be willing to obtain a Baseline Clearance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with Defence personnel and site stakeholders
The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
A strong sense of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
Previous security experience is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from motivated individuals looking to build a long term career in the security industry.
