Based on licensed nursing experience

Location: Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center — Grants Pass, OR

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while serving as a leader and advocate for our residents. You’ll help develop, implement, and update individualized care plans and work closely with our nursing team to ensure every resident receives exceptional, compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and update comprehensive, individualized care plans
• Assess residents’ needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care
• Supervise and support nursing staff to promote excellent resident outcomes
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure nursing practices comply with applicable state and federal regulations
• Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate leader for residents and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Current Oregon RN License
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Experience or interest in providing individualized care in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Ability to effectively supervise and lead nursing staff
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing practice
• Most importantly, a genuine passion for helping others
