Are you a strategic leader who's passionate about empowering others and ensuring high-quality care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)? One Vision is hiring a Regional Services Director to oversee operations, compliance, and team development in our Southwestern Iowa region, including Fort Dodge and Webster City.
Provide operational and fiscal leadership for HCBS homes in your region
Drive quality and safety initiatives to exceed state and national regulatory standards
Oversee staffing strategies, retention, training, and performance development
Develop and implement continuous improvement processes that prioritize person-centered support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with Medicaid Waivers, accreditation, and agency policies
Respond to emergencies as part of on-call responsibilities
7+ years of experience in the human services field, with 4+ years in management
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
Background in IDD, HCBS, ICF, Senior Living, or Medicaid Waiver services preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential physical functions as needed
