We are currently looking for a Full-Time Preschool Teacher (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to join our caring and energetic team. Our teachers have the opportunity to do their best work every day in a modern, state-of-the-art center while helping our preschool learners grow through play, discovery, creativity, and meaningful connections.

🍎 Role Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where preschool children can learn, explore, and grow.
• Foster independence, creativity, and confidence through engaging activities and play-based learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in ways that support each child’s developmental and academic growth.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, daily experiences, and milestones.
• Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to support classroom success and overall school goals.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a supportive learning community.

🎓 Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 1+ year of experience in a preschool classroom preferred

One of the following is also a plus:

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Current CDA Certification
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

Must meet state licensing requirements.
