
The Sustainable Leadership Initiative (SLI) at IESE Business School invites applications for a two-year Postdoctoral fellowship. The primary criterion for acceptance is evidence of research excellence and an interest in studying sustainability-related topics. Ideally the candidate will have defended an excellent dissertation and have a strong pipeline of academic articles to be published in top academic journals. The position will start in January 2023 or as soon as possible.
Candidates should have finished their PhD degree by the start date.
The fellow will be responsible for conducting original research under the supervision of the Academic Director, Professor Fabrizio Ferraro, or any other of the 14 professors involved in the initiative (see website for more information). This will help you consolidate your research pipeline and continue your academic career. You will also be involved in coordinating one international research conference on sustainable leadership, and another one targeted at corporate leaders.
More broadly, it is expected that the fellow will also become actively involved in the IESE Business School intellectual communities by regularly participating in research seminars, brown bag presentations, etc.
No teaching is expected or required.
