Qualifications

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.New graduates welcome where applicable.Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care preferred.Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.Family Makes Us Stronger.
