Full-Time Patient Service Representative – Touchstone Imaging Uptown
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Location: 1007 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80218
Touchstone Medical Imaging, a Lumexa Imaging partner, is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at our Uptown imaging center in Denver.

Responsibilities
• Schedule patients for imaging exams and procedures
• Check patients in and out
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Communicate billing information as needed
• Process patient records and filing
Qualifications
• 1–4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
• Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage a high patient volume
Compensation is determined based on several factors, including experience, certifications, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Benefits and bonus eligibility vary based on position and employment status.
