Full or Part-Time Optometrists Wanted

Independent practice

Recruiting Optometrists to join our friendly, supportive, and highly experienced teams in our Aberdare and Maesteg practices, both easily commutable from Cardiff, Bridgend, and Swansea

What We Offer

  • Structured, competitive salary: £52,000–£64,750 depending on experience and additional qualifications
  • Professional fees paid (GOC, College of Optometrists, AOP)
  • Annual CPD grant: £750–£1,500 depending on qualifications
  • Extra days off for Bank Holidays
  • No Sundays or evening clinics
  • Alternate Saturday mornings only — we close at 12 noon
  • A genuinely supportive, no-pressure working environment
