Full-Time OPS Research Coordinator


Classification Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Behavior, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Public Health, or related field.
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development of project standard operating procedures and forms. Assist with regulatory compliance reporting.

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics for research project.

  • Recruit and retain participants; administer research procedures and assessments.

  • Collect, enter, and manage data; track project milestones; collect, manage, and report metrics of research success including grants, grant dollars, publications.

  • Respond to all e-mails in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that study activities are implemented and completed within time frames to meet research objectives.

  • Utilize project management software.

  • Assist with manuscript preparation and project development and reporting. Supervise research team members and contribute to training and supervision of undergraduate and graduate research assistants.

This is a full-time position for 40 hrs per week.

Expected Salary:

$20.59-$23.94 per hour commensurate with qualifications


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Behavior, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Public Health, or related field.
Preferred:

Two years of relevant experience in human subject research; experience with project coordination, data management, and basic analysis techniques; experience with research conducted in community and clinical settings, NIH-funded projects, and IRB submission.
