Stage 1: Paid Training (First 6 Months)

Guaranteed Minimum Monthly Salary: RM 4,100++

Hybrid: 2-3 days On-Site

Stage 2: Confirmed Global Educator (After 6 Months)

Typical Monthly Income: RM 6,000 - RM 8,000+

Performance-Based Earnings: Your income grows directly with your class load and performance.

High Earning Potential: Your effective teaching rate scales from RM 100 to RM 200 per hour.

Hybrid: 1 day On-Site

Stage 3: Advanced Career Tracks

Fast-Track to Second: High performers are groomed for leadership or secondment roles.

Optional Leadership Track: Earn an additional fixed income (up to RM 3,000/month) by taking on roles in mentorship or operations, on top of your teaching salary.

What You'll Do (Your Role)

• Deliver engaging online math lessons to small groups of international students.
• Master our world-class curriculum and innovative teaching platform.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Foster a positive and interactive virtual classroom environment.

Who We're Looking For (Your Profile)

• We are looking for potential, not just experience.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher (any field).
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese.
• A solid foundation in math (SPM Grade B or higher).
• A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed.
• Able to commit to 6 months of paid, hybrid training in KL.

Experience in tutoring, public speaking, or are a recent university graduate.
