OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Vein Disease Clinic

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call

COMPENSATION:
- $125,000 to $150,000 Base Salary, depending on experience
- Malpractice Insurance

LOCATION:
- Phoenix metro area
- local travel required
- one office per day
- 10 office locations

COMPANY PROFILE:
This vascular medicine organization opened its first clinic in 2020 and, today, operates 10 offices in the greater Phoenix area.  Together with support teams, their clinicians offer vein disease services in comfortable, modern settings focused on excellent patient experiences.

This practice is a vein treatment organization that offers a modern, comfortable environment focused on excellent patient experiences.  Their offices are staffed with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, sonographers, and administrative personnel.  

Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.  Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- new patient consultations
- follow-up visits
- non-procedural treatments
- collaborating with physicians, sonographers, and other team members

The practice sees patients for, among other conditions:

- varicose veins
- spider veins
- leg swelling / heaviness
- restless leg syndrome
- venous insufficiency

The practice uses the DrChrono EHR and state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- active NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- no experienced required
- full training provided
