Job Description
A warm and welcoming family in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, native Spanish-speaking nanny to provide exceptional care for their infant son. This is a long-term opportunity for a nurturing, proactive, and professional caregiver who is passionate about child development.

The mother works from home and is looking for a collaborative nanny who can provide dependable support while fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for their child.
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday
- Schedule: 8:00 a.m./9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Family may be flexible with the Saturday schedule in the future.
- Sunday off

Responsibilities
Childcare
- Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for the family's two-month-old infant son.
- Follow established feeding, nap, and daily routines.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, diapering, and soothing the baby.
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate play, reading, music, and sensory activities.
- Communicate primarily in Spanish to encourage language development and immersion.
- Accompany the mother to infant classes and activities as needed.
- Prepare bottles of expressed breast milk as needed.
- Prepare fresh baby meals when the child transitions to solid foods.
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery and baby living areas.
- Complete all baby laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothing.
- Restock diapers, wipes, and baby essentials.
- Monitor inventory of baby supplies and notify the family when items need replenishing.
- Empty diaper pails and baby-related trash.
- Perform light tidying of all baby-related areas (the family employs a professional housekeeper for deep cleaning).
Candidate Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker required.
- Intermediate English communication skills preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with both parents and extended family.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional nanny experience, including infant care.
- Warm, nurturing, patient, and dependable.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Clean, polished appearance with excellent personal presentation.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Compensation
- $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience.
