Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant in Marina Del Rey. The family of four consists of two children, ages 3 & 5 years. Your core schedule will be Mon-Fri 10:30am-6:30pm. The family is looking for someone with flexibility as your schedule may be adjusted to accommodate date nights (typically Fridays) or when Dad travels. The ideal candidate has the ability to take initiative, can follow instructions well, and is consistent with the family’s parenting style. The family is looking for someone who genuinely loves to care for children and wants to grow with the family long-term.

Responsibilities include:

• School pick up/drop off as needed (both children attend school)
• Preparing children’s backpacks
• Accompanying children to activities and outings
• Preparing lunches/snacks for children
• Tidying children’s supplies, toys, and play areas
• Tidying the kitchen and dining area after meals
• Washing dishes, loading/unloading dishwasher, and putting away dishes
• Family laundry, including folding and putting clothes away
• Changing sheets on all beds and washing bathmats (weekly)
• Emptying the trash and bringing the trash bin in
• Running errands, grocery shopping, returns, and dry cleaning runs
• Household inventory management and restocking
• Supervising vendors/contractors

Salary: $35-$40/hr (either all on payroll or partially on payroll)
