Location: Brookhaven, GA (Atlanta metro area)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Live-Out

Children: One infant (6 months old); occasional support for 6-year-old after school
Pets: None

Start Date: April 20, 2026 - May 2026; Long-term contract July 2026 – May 2027

Schedule:

• 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–4:30 PM, with the option for up to an additional 5 hours per week (up to 35 total hours weekly)

• Hours will be a combination of childcare (minimum 12 hours per week) and family assistant responsibilities

• Occasional evening or weekend support may be requested with advance notice; however, this will not be consistent

Future Schedule Considerations:

• Initial employment: April 20 – May, 2026 (trial period)
• Part-time transition in June 2026 during family travel, including light home check-ins and vendor coordination
• Long-term contract: July 2026 – May 2027
• Occasional evening or weekend support preferred but not required regularly

Compensation: $30–$33/hour (DOE)

Benefits:

• 2 weeks accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)

Hello Nanny! is partnering with a busy family of four in Brookhaven, GA, seeking a nurturing, experienced Full-Time Infant Nanny and Family Assistant. The primary responsibility is providing attentive care for a 6-month-old infant, including feeding, naps, developmental play, and daily routines.

The family also occasionally requires support for their 6-year-old child, mainly after school or during evenings/weekends. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who genuinely loves working with infants, enjoys household organization, and takes pride in maintaining a well-run home.

As trust develops, the role may expand to include household management responsibilities, such as organizing, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and errands. This position offers a long-term opportunity for someone seeking stability, mutual respect, and professional growth.

• Monday–Friday, 8:30–9:00 AM start | 4:00–5:00 PM end

Key Responsibilities

Childcare (Primary Focus):

• Provide nurturing, attentive care for a 6-month-old infant
• Follow parent-directed routines for feeding, naps, and daily schedule
• Change diapers, maintain hygiene, and support developmental milestones
• Engage in age-appropriate play, tummy time, and stroller walks
• Handle baby-related laundry, bottle cleaning, and organization
• Maintain detailed communication with parents regarding daily activities and development
• Occasionally assist with care for 6-year-old daughter after school, evenings, or weekends

Household Support:

• Manage laundry, light cleaning, and home organization related to children
• Light meal prep for the family
• Assist with running errands using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed; not for transporting children)
• Keep common areas tidy and well-maintained
• Assist with household logistics and vendor coordination as trust and experience grow

• Fully vaccinated
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Non-smoker
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (IRS milage reimbursement provided)
• Able to pass an extensive background check
• Able to provide professional references from the past 3–5 years
• Committed to a minimum 1-year placement for long-term employment
• Legal U.S. work authorization required
• Comfortable assisting with household management tasks as needed
