A family in Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated, full-time live-out nanny for a long-term position. The family is expecting a newborn in August 2026, with care beginning in September.
The mother is hands-on, so the ideal candidate is a strong team player who can work collaboratively while also confidently taking the lead when needed.

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and establishing sleep routines
Monitor the newborn’s health and developmental milestones
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment (bottles, nursery, newborn laundry)
Support parents with newborn-related routines and care
Qualifications
Prior newborn care experience required
Fluent Spanish required
Knowledge of child development and milestones
Warm, reliable, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license (car provided)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to provide 3–5 professional references
Must be at least 18 years old
Passport required and open to travel

Cleaner 3x per week
Doula support expected during the first month
Family travels several times per year
