
A warm and welcoming family in Salem, NH is seeking a reliable, long-term nanny (1+ year commitment) to care for their two daughters, ages 2 years and 6 months. The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, and experienced in caring for multiple young children.
Nanny (30–35 hrs/week) – Salem, NH ($30–$35/hr)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities that support development
Provide attentive, hands-on care for both children throughout the day
Drive children to and from activities (preschool begins September 2026)
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Perform light household tasks related to the children (laundry, dishes, tidying play areas)
Run occasional errands such as grocery shopping
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of childcare experience, including prior nanny experience
Experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously
CPR and First Aid certification
Comfortable with a cat in the home
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Organized and able to manage a structured daily routine
Warm, engaging, and genuinely enjoys working with young children
Seeking a long-term position with a family
Must have 3-5 professional references
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid drivers license
