What you'll do
• Run daily operations across the line and front counter
• Lead, schedule, and coach the team on every shift
• Own guest experience, food quality, and speed of service
• Help with hiring, training, ordering, and inventory
• Support the General Manager on labor, cost, and sales goals

Requirements
What we're looking for
• 2+ years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
• A hands-on leader who sets the tone and the standard
• Strong with people, problem-solving, and organization
• Working knowledge of food safety and labor / cost basics
• Flexible availability including weekends

CBW opened its first store in St. Louis, MO in 1994. It was the first casual, healthy food restaurant in the area. While we have continually evolved and expanded over the years, we continue to serve fresh, real food that is made from scratch daily.
