• Support residents' spiritual, social, emotional, and physical well-being through engaging activities
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Create a welcoming and uplifting environment that honors each resident's dignity and individuality
• Demonstrate positivity, respect, and teamwork in all interactions
• Take initiative in problem-solving and continuously seek ways to improve the resident experience
• Follow safety and infection control procedures to ensure a secure environment
• Collaborate with all departments to provide the best possible care and services
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
