Pay: $37.97/HR–$53.58/HR

Pay is based on licensed nursing experience.

Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Shift

Choose from one of the following schedules:

• Monday/Tuesday & Friday/Saturday
• Sunday/Monday & Thursday/Friday

What You'll Do

As an LPN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Providing direct nursing care and ensuring residents' needs are met
• Supervising CNAs and other care team members in the delivery of nursing services
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Following applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Advocating for residents and helping promote their comfort, dignity, and quality of life

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oregon
• Ability to assess resident needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Knowledge of individualized care planning and nursing practices
• Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with CNAs and other healthcare team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, dependability, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Commitment to following state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing care
• Newly licensed LPNs are welcome to apply!
