Smart Living by One Vision is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Implementation Coordinator to support our growing Assistive Technology (AT) consulting practice. In this role, you'll help ensure smooth project execution by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication between clients and internal teams.
Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and meetings across multiple consulting engagements.
Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, document action items, and ensure follow-up is completed.
Maintain accurate project documentation, client portal entries, and reporting tools for both internal use and client visibility.
Gather data, support analysis, and assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and route questions to the appropriate Smart Living team members.
Support overall project alignment, workflow organization, and quality outcomes.
Bachelor's degree required.
1+ year of experience in project coordination or project management.
Familiarity with I/DD waiver requirements and assistive technology tools is a plus.
Strong communication, documentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and willingness to travel as needed.
