  • Use evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions appropriate to each client’s presenting concerns.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including therapists, dietitians, coaches, case managers, and outside providers when appropriate.
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, team meetings, and care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and treatment team members as needed.
  • Support clients in building skills, insight, stability, and meaningful progress across outpatient and IOP settings.
  • Continue developing clinical expertise in one or more specialty areas
Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in a mental health field required
  • Licensed or license-eligible in New York as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LMSW, or related clinical credential.
  • Experience or strong interest in trauma-informed and evidence-based care.
  • Comfortable working with adults in both individual and group settings.
  • Interested in treating eating disorders, trauma, general mental health concerns, or co-occurring presentations.
  • Able to work both remotely and in person at our Midtown Manhattan office.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Open to learning, feedback, consultation, and ongoing professional growth.
  • Preferred experience includes group facilitation, IOP/PHP/residential/higher level of care settings, eating disorder treatment, trauma treatment, CBT, DBT, EMDR, ERP, somatic therapy, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, or related modalities.
  • Some evening availability may be required based on outpatient and IOP program needs.
