Full-Time Hybrid Nanny / Family Assistant / Household Manager (Newborn Care) — Paducah, KY

Position Details:

• Location: Paducah, KY (Western Kentucky — relocation candidates welcome; live-in accommodations provided)
• Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Hybrid Role

This family of three young daughters is expecting a baby girl, and this is a rare hybrid opportunity combining hands-on childcare — including newborn care — with family assistant and household management responsibilities, all with 40 guaranteed hours and legal, on-the-books pay. The household is professionally managed and well-organized: the search is being coordinated by the family's chief of staff, and the right candidate will step into a structured, supportive environment where their role is clearly defined and genuinely valued. Key Responsibilities:

Childcare & Newborn Care

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for the family's three daughters (ages 5, 4, and 2) and their newborn daughter upon arrival, including feeding support, sleep routines, nursery organization, and developmental activities
• Establish and maintain age-appropriate routines, activities, and enrichment
• Children's laundry, meal/bottle prep, and tidying of children's spaces
• Comfortable in a home with a small dog and cat

Family Assistant

• Errands, household shopping, and returns
• Family calendar and appointment coordination

Household Management

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the home
• Vendor scheduling and coordination
• Household organization, inventory, and supply management

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare / household experience (agency requirement)
• Newborn care experience strongly preferred; NCS training or certification a plus
• Experience caring for multiple young children at once
• Comfortable in a hybrid role — flexible, proactive, and able to shift between childcare and household duties seamlessly
• Open to a live-in arrangement (or local to Western Kentucky)
• Comfortable with pets (small dog and cat)
• Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to update)
• Punctual, mature, discreet, and consistently reliable
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• No criminal history; must be willing to complete comprehensive background and reference checks
• Complete proficiency in the English language
• Minimum of 3 impeccable childcare/household references
• Non-smoker
