Job Description

A private family in Odessa, Florida is seeking an experienced Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain their 5,600 sq. ft. private residence. The household consists of a couple and their older teenage child.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working in private homes and/or within hotel or hospitality environments and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run household. The family is seeking someone detail-oriented, proactive, discreet, and capable of working independently with a long-term mindset. There is also a professional cleaning service that services the home one day per week.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Detailed daily housekeeping and maintaining overall cleanliness
• Changing bed linens and maintaining bedrooms and bathrooms
• Laundry and linen care
• Managing personal laundry and coordinating dry cleaning items
• Maintaining organization throughout the home
• Organizing closets, cabinets, and storage areas
• Watering indoor and outdoor plants as directed
• Monitoring and maintaining household supplies
• Maintaining hotel-level cleanliness and presentation standards

Requirements

• Previous private household or hotel housekeeping experience required
• Experience maintaining large luxury homes preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with high cleaning standards
• Comfortable handling laundry and fine household items
• Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Long-term mindset preferred
• Strong professional references required

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation starting at approximately $55,000 annually, depending on experience
