Full-Time Position

Availability: Weekday daytime availability is required. Successful applicants must also be available for a combination of day and evening shifts.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and guest-focused Partner to join our Food & Beverage team. This role plays an important part in creating a smooth and welcoming dining experience while supporting the restaurant team with daily operations.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure
• Must be available for both day and evening shifts
• Valid Smart Serve Certification required
• Previous food and beverage experience is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage restaurant seating and guest flow to support an efficient dining experience
• Ensure fair and balanced table allocations for servers
• Take and manage reservations, including gathering details for large-party requests
• Serve guests in a professional, timely, and attentive manner
• Assist fellow Partners with daily restaurant operations as required
• Set and maintain tables in the dining room
• Restock dining room supplies and maintain an organized service area
• Polish cutlery, glassware, and other service items
• Complete cleaning and housekeeping duties in both front- and back-of-house areas
• Engage with guests to promote a positive image of Brookstreet Hotel
• Follow all dining room standards, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
