Elara Caring is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Full-Time Home Health CNAto join our Shelton Branch Skilled Home Health Department. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with a skilled interdisciplinary team while supporting patients with medical needs in the comfort of their homes. The CNA will provide services throughout the branch’s entire coverage area and will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Seymour, Ansonia, Derby, Shelton, Monroe, Trumbull, Stratford, Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Weston, Westport, Wilton, Norwalk, New Canaan, Darien, Stamford, and Greenwich.
**Reliable transportation is required. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the full Shelton Branch service area. **
