This female client is bedbound and requires bedbound care. The team member will be PUNCTUAL, professional, capable, willing, personable and friendly. No smoking or pets in the home.
Family is very hands-on and provides all meals. You will feed/assist the client with feeding as needed, provide companionship and personal care (incontinence experience, bed bathing, turning/rolling as needed, garment changes, etc.) and clean up after your client (including dishes, drinkware, etc.) Any assistance requested by the client is permitted - laundry, cleaning, etc., and you will be ready to assist. You are responsible for documenting and reporting on the condition and shift. This includes in the home as well as for the agency. There are no pets, no smoking and the client is a very sweet female.
While providing companionship, the team member will allow this wonderful lady to stay in her home with her family!
