Social media design rooted in structure, not trends
Editorial-style layouts with strong hierarchy
Pitch decks that communicate, not decorate
Brand assets that feel cohesive across touchpoints
Clean, organized files ready for handoff (because details matter)
This role is about thinking, not just executing.
Have 2+ years of real design experience (agency or equivalent standard)
Understand layout, hierarchy, grid systems, and composition deeply
Have strong typography sensitivity
Think in systems, not one-off visuals
Care about consistency and craft
Take feedback fast, refine fast, and move on — no ego, no drama
Are reliable. We don’t chase people.
If you rely heavily on templates and trends without understanding structure, this won’t be a match.
