
Full Time- Graduate Development Program-AI & Analytics Associate-Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA-2027
Philips seeks motivated graduates for the Graduate Development Program (GDP) in AI & Data. The program accelerates talent through hands-on projects, mentorship, and structured learning on enterprise AI and data initiatives.
Participants complete two ~1-year rotations in Services & Solutions Delivery and Commercial Operations, gaining experience in enterprise analytics, customer operations, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions. Ideal for curious, analytical, and collaborative candidates passionate about applying AI to healthcare.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The hourly pay range for this position is
The pay range for this position in (Massachusetts) $74,000–$118,000,
The pay range for this position in (Tennessee) the salary range is $66,000–$105,000, The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
