One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our new 12-hour Front-End Night schedule. This role offers work-life balance, job stability, and meaningful impact, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Saturday-Monday
• 12-hour shifts (5 PM-5 AM)
• Three consecutive nights = full-time hours
• Assist with daily living needs (meals, hygiene, housekeeping, medications)
• Encourage independence and personal growth
• Support community involvement and activities
• Transport individuals to appointments/outings
• Complete documentation using electronic systems
• Assist with household tasks and budgeting
• Purpose-driven work
• Consistent 3-day workweek
• Paid training - no experience required

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license + auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Pass background checks & health screenings
