The Role
We're currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our exceptional teams across several of our premium venues including: Nobu and Mahogany/Teak Gaming Rooms.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and connection. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue - delivery of food and drinks, maintaining service areas and opening and closing duties
Deliver exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront
Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S policies and guidelines are followed.
Key Selection Criteria:
Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
Hold a current valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
Minimum 1-year previous experience in a fine dining, fast paced restaurant or bar is preferred
Availability to work Full Time across a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and other peak periods
Available to work across the Christmas and/or New Year period.
Well-groomed with professional presentation.
