We're looking for a Full-Time Floating Teacher who is versatile, dependable, and genuinely loves the full spectrum of early childhood education.

Hours: 8 hours/day | Monday–Friday | No nights. No weekends.

What This Role Actually Looks Like


Some days you'll step in as the lead — running activities, managing the rhythm of the room, and being the primary teacher children look to. Other days you'll work alongside a lead teacher, adding depth and support where it's needed most. The age group changes. The classroom changes. Your professionalism and care don't.

Your Role as a Full-Time Floating Teacher

• Serve as a skilled, reliable presence across all classrooms (infants through after-school age)
• Step into any room — as lead or support — and maintain Goddard's standards for safety, nurturing, and engagement
• Build trusting relationships with children and families school-wide
• Collaborate with classroom teams and communicate professionally with staff and leadership
• Bring calm, confidence, and joy into every classroom you enter
