About Our Family

We are an engaging, high-energy family of five (kid’s ages: 15, 13 and 10) living steps from the ocean in Marina del Rey. Our home is full of movement - early mornings, school runs to three different schools in three different directions, competitive athletics,a genuine love of good food and a well-run household. Our oldest is a competitive golfer, which adds a layer of logistics and pride to our daily rhythm. We also share our home with a very chill, lovable Husky who completes our family.

We thrive on teamwork, clear communication and dependability. With busy schedules and a lot happening each day, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative household and takes pride in helping things run smoothly. We believe the best household partnerships are built on trust, mutual respect and a shared commitment to supporting one another. We welcome ideas, initiative and problem-solving, and our hope is to build a long-term partnership with someone who feels invested in our family’s success and enjoys being a trusted, valued part of our team.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a proactive, dependable, and warm professional who takes genuine pride in helping a busy household thrive. You naturally anticipate needs before they arise - whether that’s ensuring uniforms are always ready for the next day, noticing the family is running low on a favorite grocery item and restocking, or quietly resetting the kitchen after a busy morning. The little things done consistently are what you know create a calm and well-functioning home.

A meaningful part of this role is helping keep the family’s day moving, which includes regular driving for school pick-ups, activities, errands, and appointments. You are a safe, attentive, and dependable driver who understands the importance of punctuality, calm transitions, and making every ride feel secure and easy.

Reliability is one of your greatest strengths. You follow through on your commitments, communicate openly, and are someone that the family can truly count on. You work independently with confidence, exercise sound judgement, and know when to take initiative versus when to check in. Scanning a room to identify the ways that you can make the space function better comes naturally to you. You can be counted on to consistently show up with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

You genuinely enjoy being around children and teens and know how to connect with them in a warm, natural way while always respecting the parents’ lead. Above all, you value being part of a trusted partnership. You’re eager to become a dependable, long-term member of a family’s support system - building relationships rooted in trust, respect and shared commitment.
