As a Dishwasher, you are the backbone of the kitchen operation. When dishes move efficiently, service flows. When service flows, guests leave happy. Your consistency, speed, and attention to detail directly impact the guest experience.
This is not “just washing dishes.” This is maintaining sanitation standards, protecting food safety, and supporting a high-performing culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area at all times
Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
Assist with light prep tasks or kitchen support when needed
Keep floors dry and safe to prevent hazards
Monitor chemical levels and follow proper sanitation procedures
Support cooks and service staff by ensuring equipment is available and ready
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and consistency
