Schedule: 12-hour shifts - Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (3 shifts per 4-day block)
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
One Vision is hiring Full-Time Superimposed (Float) Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, flexible support across multiple residential sites in Mason City, Osage, and Nora Springs, IA. This role is perfect for experienced professionals who want variety in their schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in daily living activities: hygiene, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and medication self-administration
Foster independence and community involvement by assisting with outings, appointments, grocery shopping, and budgeting
Build meaningful relationships and advocate for personal choice and dignity
Complete documentation and communication logs using basic computer skills
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and provide physical assistance as needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening
