At One Vision, our Days Overlay Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a people-focused environment, and wants work that truly matters.
No experience needed - paid training provided.
As a DSP, you'll support individuals in their daily lives while encouraging independence and community involvement.
