Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records and chart documentation.
• Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance.
• Assist with patient education, including oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment care.
• Help ensure a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient clinical environment.
• Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
• Approximately one year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Nitrous oxide monitoring certification or willingness to obtain certification after hire.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with digital dental imaging systems.
• Exposure to CAD/CAM dental technology.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and dental infection control protocols.

Work Schedule

Full-Time Position

• Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Two Fridays per month

Enjoy a consistent schedule with most Fridays off, giving you more time to enjoy life outside of work!
