Job Description

Our full-time positions are involved in sales on the phone, chat and email.

  • We are currently hiring for full-time customer solutions specialist.
  • Schedules, based on availability and business needs, could include daytime, evenings, and weekends, totaling up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

In sales, you are…

  • On the phone engaging in thoughtful conversations with customers while enhancing the customer experience.
  • Designing custom spaces.
  • Offering product information, resolving shipping concerns, and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.
  • Balancing multiple priorities and using good judgment to manage time.

In chat and email, you are…

  • Engaging in thoughtful conversations and providing an astonishing customer experience while chatting with customers.
  • Designing custom spaces.
  • Balancing multiple chats.
  • Offering product information, resolving shipping concerns, and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.
