Job Location: Sioux Falls - Sioux Falls, SD 57106
Position Type: Full TimeBillion in Sioux Falls is hiring for a Full-Time Custodian to join our busy team!
This role will be split up between Maintenance and Custodial duties as business demands require.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Upkeep and cleanliness of multiple facilities
-Use of floor cleaning machines and other tools and products for office and building cleaning
-Work with a rotating cleaning schedule
-Reliable and on time, takes a personal interest in the cleanliness of facilities
-Care for windows and exterior of facilities as necessary
-Other Duties as Assigned
-Knowledge of machines and tools.
-Time management and organization skills.
-Valid driver’s license/clean driving record
