This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and develop, loves working on a variety of projects and craves a collaborative culture.
At Brio, we’re all about inspiring healthy lifestyles and helping people feel good. We’ve got a friendly, down-to-earth team and a vibrant, creative atmosphere, and we’re proud of the work we do.

Support the full creative process - from research to initial concepts and layouts to artwork and print production.
Work closely with our Creative Lead and other colleagues across Brio to understand design briefs and goals.
Make sure everything you create looks and feels like Brio.
Adapt artwork for different formats, platforms and audiences.
Support internal communications with assets for signage, presentations, and wayfinding.
Organise files using agreed naming conventions and storage systems (e.g., shared drives, Figma etc).
Help us keep things fresh by staying on top of creative, marketing and design trends

Experience with animation (but it’s not essential!)
A portfolio that shows off you creativity and versatility

Experience in use of InDesign, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator/understanding of Premier Pro/video editing software.
Competent in use of Mac and PC.
